We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. The quickest option and our standard/future-order schedule are explained separately below so you can choose the right service.

⚡ Fast Flowers — Same-Day Collection or Next-Day Delivery

Fast Flowers is our live selection of flowers physically in stock with us now.

Order before 12pm and choose same-day collection or next-day delivery on eligible Fast Flowers orders. Stock is live, quantities are limited and Fast Flowers are ordered separately from standard/future flower orders.

Standard & Future Flower Orders

The information below applies to our normal flower catalogue and future/preordered flowers. It is separate from Fast Flowers.

Shipping Providers

We currently ship orders using DPD and Royal Mail. Our standard delivery window is Monday to Friday, unless Saturday delivery is specifically selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Options (UK Mainland)

  • Standard Delivery (Mon–Fri) – £7.99
    Orders are dispatched on a next-day service the day before your requested delivery date. To receive your order within 2 working days, it must be placed and paid for before 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday. (See order deadline table below.)
  • AM Delivery (Before 12 PM) – DPD – £14.99
    Delivery before noon via DPD.
  • AM Delivery (Before 1 PM) – Royal Mail – £14.99
    Delivery before 1 PM via Royal Mail.
  • Saturday/Sunday Delivery – DPD – £19.99
    If you require delivery on a Saturday/Sunday, please select the Saturday/Sunday delivery option at checkout. Orders must be placed before 7:00 AM Thursday for Saturday delivery & 7:00 AM Friday for Sunday delivery.
⚠️ Important: Selecting Saturday as your preferred delivery date does not automatically include Saturday delivery — you must also choose the DPD Saturday Delivery option at checkout.

Overseas Shipping

We use Royal Mail for deliveries to certain locations, including Northern Ireland and some international destinations. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country. Additional shipping charges may apply for overseas orders.

Collection Details

Standard/future flower collections: our preordered flowers arrive fresh from Holland on the morning of your selected collection date. These collections are available from 1:00 PM onwards to ensure your flowers have arrived and are ready for you.

⚠️ Please note for standard/future collections: Arriving earlier than 1:00 PM may mean your order has not yet arrived and will not be ready for collection.

Fast Flowers collection: this is a separate same-day collection service for selected live stock ordered before 12pm. Please follow the collection instructions shown with your Fast Flowers order.

Delivery Terms & Liability

Please note that all delivery dates provided are guides only and are subject to courier performance. We dispatch orders in good time for next-day delivery via your chosen service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers (e.g., due to traffic, weather, or operational issues).

Delivery Delay & Compensation Policy:

  • If your order is delivered within 3 days after the requested delivery date, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation.
  • However, if your delivery is delayed by more than 3 days, please contact us promptly to discuss a partial refund or alternative solution.
