Returns & Refund Policy
All Occasions Wholesale – Fresh Flower Wholesalers
We aim to provide high-quality wholesale flowers and excellent service. As we supply fresh products direct from Holland, natural variation and minor imperfections can sometimes occur. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, delays, shortages, and cancellations.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a credit, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
To process a claim, we require:
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- Clear photo evidence of the issue
- Close-up photos of damaged stems or heads
- A photo of the full bunch
- The product name and delivery date
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval or once the item is returned (if required). Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Delivery Delays
We aim to deliver your order on your selected delivery date. However, delays due to couriers, weather, customs, or transport conditions may occur and are outside our control.
- If your order arrives within 3 days of the selected delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or compensation.
- If your order is delayed by more than 3 days, please contact us and we will offer a partial refund, credit, or alternative solution.
Natural Product Disclaimer (Wholesale Tolerance)
Fresh flowers are natural products, and small imperfections may occur. This includes:
- A broken or missing head
- A snapped stem
- Minor bruising or leaf damage
- Slight colour or size variation
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- More than 2 stems per bunch are missing or damaged, or
- The overall quality of the bunch is significantly compromised
Clear photo evidence is required for assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Fresh flower orders cannot be refunded or amended once the sourcing process has begun. Once flowers are ordered from Holland, they cannot be cancelled.
Floral sundry orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
All cancellations must be made via telephone. We cannot accept cancellations by email.
Refunds for cancelled sundry orders will be processed within 30 days, subject to our delivery delay policy. If a delivery arrives within 3 days of the chosen date, it is not eligible for cancellation-based refunds.
How to Report an Issue
Please include the following when contacting us:
- Your order number
- Photos of the full bunch and the damage
- The product name
- The delivery date
- Your preferred resolution (credit, replacement, or refund)
