Membership Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing. Your membership is subject to the terms laid out below, which govern your rights, cancellation policy, and financial obligations.
1. General Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership fees are paid annually and are **non-refundable** outside of the legal cooling-off period described below. Once the cooling-off period has expired, you are legally **unable to cancel or request a refund** for the remainder of the annual term. The membership will remain active for the full 12-month period from the date of purchase.
2. Cooling-Off Period (7 Days)
In compliance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a **7-day statutory cooling-off period** starting from the day of purchase to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of the membership fee. You must notify us in writing (via email or our dedicated cancellation form) within this 7-day period to qualify for cancellation.
3. Utilization of Membership Discounts During Cooling-Off Period
If you choose to **make a purchase and utilize any membership discount** (including flower percentage discounts, sundries discounts, or free/reduced delivery fees) within the 7-day cooling-off period, you are considered to have explicitly requested that the membership benefits begin immediately, waiving your right to an *unconditional* full refund.
Should you subsequently cancel the membership within the cooling-off period after utilizing any discount, the **full value of the discount applied to your purchase(s) will be billed back to you**. This amount must be settled before the cancellation is finalized. This is necessary because we cannot offer the discounted rate if the underlying paid membership is canceled.
4. Other Legal and Operational Points
- Membership benefits (e.g., discounts) are non-transferable and apply only to the purchasing business or individual linked to the unique account ID.
- We reserve the right to modify membership fees, benefits, and T&Cs with 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date.
- Abuse of membership benefits (e.g., reselling discounts) will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
- All payments are processed annually and automatically renew unless you switch off auto-renewal in your account settings prior to the renewal date.
- The current price of your selected tier is guaranteed for the 12-month membership period.
