Membership terms & conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing. Your membership is subject to the terms below, which cover your rights, cancellation policy and financial obligations.
1. General membership cancellation policy
Membership fees are paid annually and are non-refundable outside of the legal cooling-off period described below. Once the cooling-off period has expired, you are unable to cancel or request a refund for the remainder of the annual term. The membership will remain active for the full 12-month period from the date of purchase.
2. Cooling-off period
You have a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day of purchase to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of the membership fee. You must notify us in writing, via email or our dedicated cancellation form, within this 7-day period to qualify for cancellation.
3. Using membership discounts during the cooling-off period
If you make a purchase and use any membership discount within the cooling-off period, including flower discounts, sundries discounts or free/reduced delivery fees, you are considered to have requested that the membership benefits begin immediately.
If you then cancel within the cooling-off period after using a discount, the full value of the discount applied to your purchase will be billed back to you. This amount must be settled before the cancellation is finalised.

4. Other legal and operational points
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the purchasing business or individual linked to the account.
- We reserve the right to modify membership fees, benefits and terms with 30 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.
- Abuse of membership benefits, including reselling discounts, may result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.
- All payments are processed annually and automatically renew unless auto-renewal is switched off in your account settings before the renewal date.
- The current price of your selected tier is guaranteed for the 12-month membership period.
