How many days before my event should I receive my flowers to be there best?
For your flowers to be at their best for your event, we recommend receiving them 2-3 days prior. This allows you ample time to condition the flowers and place them in water, ensuring they are well-hydrated and looking their freshest on the day of your event.
What products are available?
We have a wide selection of flowers, plants and sundries available. Through our relationships with leading international growers, we source only the highest quality flowers and aim to have core favourites available year-round, alongside seasonal variations.
Where specific blooms are required, such as for weddings and events, we can work together to source exactly what you need, when you need it. Just contact us to place a bespoke order.
Where is my nearest cash & carry?
Our cash & carry is based in Smethwick (Unit 13, Spring Road, B66 1PE). We also make the same stock available through our webstore, with 2 day delivery available on orders made before 8am.
Is All Occasions Wholesale open to the public?
All Occasions Wholesale is open to everybody who wants to buy high quality fresh flowers. As a flower wholesaler, we sell flowers in bunched quantities, as indicated on each product listing.
What products are available?

Do I need to order a specific quantity?
As a flower wholesaler, we sell high quality fresh flowers by the bunch. Individual product listings indicate how many stems are included in each bunch. On our multi-buy products, where you buy a bucket quantity (typically in multiples of four bunches - 4, 8, 12 etc., further savings can be made.
Can I place an order online?
Placing an order online is the easiest way to buy wholesale flowers. We make all of our stock available to buy as soon as it arrives with us, ensuring our customers always receive the freshest stems possible.
Place your order before 8am Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver it via courier the within 2 days.
Can I place my order in person?
If you’re local to our Midlands-based HQ, you’re more than welcome to visit us in person to place your order. Our cash & carry is based in Smethwick (Unit 13 Spring Road, B66 1PE).
Is there a minimum order on delivery?
We do not require minimum order quantities, however, as flower wholesalers, we sell flowers by the bunch and not by individual stems. Bunch volumes are indicated on individual product listing.
Can I track my deliveries?
When your order is received by the courier, they will use the email address provided during checkout to communicate anticipated delivery times and share any available tracking information. We cannot guarantee that tracking will be made available on every order.
What’s the latest I can order online?
To receive your order within 2 days, you will need to submit and successfully make payment before 8am Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a weekend, or on public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Can I collect my order from All Occasions Wholesale?
If you’re local to our Midlands-based HQ, you’re more than welcome to visit us in person to collect your order. Our cash & carry is based in Smethwick (Unit 13, Spring Road, B66 1PE). Please select the pick-up option during checkout.
What payment methods are accepted?
All Occasions Wholesale accepts payment from all major credit and debit cards, in addition to PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Is credit available?
We do not offer credit to new customers. To submit an order online or in person, payment must be made immediately, otherwise your order will not be processed and fulfilled.
Does the web shop store my payment details?
All payment information is transmitted securely, with details captured within the systems of individual payment providers. As a result, no card details are held on your computer or any computers belonging to All Occasions Wholesale.
