How many days before my event should I receive my flowers to be at their best?

For your flowers to be at their best for your event, we recommend receiving them 2–3 days prior. This allows you ample time to condition the flowers and place them in water, ensuring they are well-hydrated and looking their freshest on the day of your event.

What products are available?

We have a wide selection of flowers, plants, and sundries available. Through our relationships with leading international growers, we source only the highest quality flowers and aim to have core favourites available year-round, alongside seasonal variations.

Where specific blooms are required, such as for weddings and events, we can work together to source exactly what you need, when you need it. Just contact us to place a bespoke order.

Where is my nearest cash & carry?

Our cash & carry is based in Smethwick (Unit 13, Spring Road, B66 1PE). We also make stock available through our webstore. Standard and future flower orders follow our delivery calendar, with the current order deadline starting at 7am as shown on our Shipping & Collection page.

Is All Occasions Wholesale open to the public?

All Occasions Wholesale is open to everybody who wants to buy high-quality fresh flowers. As a flower wholesaler, we sell flowers in bunched quantities, as indicated on each product listing.

Do I need to order a specific quantity?

As a flower wholesaler, we sell high-quality fresh flowers by the bunch. Individual product listings indicate how many stems are included in each bunch. On our multi-buy products, where you buy a bucket quantity (typically in multiples of four bunches – 4, 8, 12, etc.), further savings can be made.

Can I place an order online?

Placing an order online is the easiest way to buy wholesale flowers. Our standard and future flower catalogue uses the delivery calendar shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Collection page.

For the standard flower delivery schedule, place and pay for your order before 7am on the relevant ordering day shown in the calendar.

What are Fast Flowers?

Fast Flowers is a separate selection of flowers that are physically in stock with us now. Order eligible Fast Flowers before 12pm and choose same-day collection or next-day delivery. Availability is live and limited.

When Fast Flowers are added to your basket, the selected quantity is temporarily reserved for 5 minutes while you complete your order. Fast Flowers are ordered separately from standard and future flower orders.

What’s the latest I can order online?

There are two different cut-offs depending on how you are ordering:

• Standard / future flower orders: follow the delivery calendar, with the relevant order deadline at 7am.
• Fast Flowers: order before 12pm for same-day collection or next-day delivery, subject to live availability and eligible operating days.

Can I place my order in person?

If you’re local to our Midlands-based HQ, you’re welcome to visit us in person to place your order at our cash & carry: Unit 13, Spring Road, Smethwick, B66 1PE.

Is there a minimum order on delivery?

We do not require minimum order quantities, however, as flower wholesalers, we sell flowers by the bunch and not by individual stems. Bunch volumes are indicated on individual product listings.

Can I track my deliveries?

Once your order is received by the courier, they will use the email address provided at checkout to communicate anticipated delivery times and share any available tracking information. Tracking is not guaranteed on every order.

Can I collect my order from All Occasions Wholesale?

Yes. Standard/future collections and Fast Flowers collections use different preparation timings, so please follow the collection option and instructions shown when you place your order. Fast Flowers can be selected for same-day collection when ordered before 12pm on an eligible day.

What payment methods are accepted?

All Occasions Wholesale accepts all major debit/credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Is credit available?

We do not offer credit to new customers. Payment must be made immediately when submitting an order online or in person.

Does the webshop store my payment details?

All payment information is transmitted securely via our payment providers. No card details are stored on our systems.
