What each status means

  1. Order received

    We've received your order and your requested delivery or collection date.

  2. Ordered from Holland

    Your flowers or plants have been ordered from our supplier in Holland.

  3. Arrived with us

    Your stock has arrived at All Occasions Wholesale.

  4. Preparing your order

    We're checking, conditioning and preparing your order.

  5. Dispatched / Ready for collection

    Your order has left us for delivery, or is ready for collection.

  6. Delivered / Collected

    Your order has been delivered or collected.
