Fresh Flower Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your fresh flowers promptly, reliably, and in excellent condition. Please review our updated shipping policy below for important information on cut-off times, delivery windows, flower care, and potential delays.

Shipping Provider
All fresh flower orders are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery and include tracking. Shipping is available to UK Mainland addresses only.

Shipping Costs

Standard Delivery (Monday–Friday): £7.99

AM Delivery (Before 12 PM): £14.99

Saturday Delivery: £19.99 (DPD only)

Cut-Off Time for Dispatch
To qualify for next-day dispatch, orders must be placed and paid for before 8:00 AM (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following working day.

Delivery Windows

Standard Delivery: Attempted between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

AM Delivery: Attempted between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

⚠️ Please ensure the correct delivery option is selected at checkout, especially for Saturday deliveries, which require selecting the Saturday DPD option (£19.99).

Recommended Delivery Timing for Events & Orders
We strongly advise scheduling your delivery 2–3 days prior to when your flowers are needed. This allows:

Time for flowers to rest and rehydrate in water (as we ship flowers dry/out of water)

A buffer for any unforeseen courier delays

Important Delivery Notice
While we do our best to dispatch all orders on the selected date, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to DPD, any delays are beyond our control.

If your order is delivered within 3 days after the requested delivery date, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation. However, if your delivery is delayed by more than 3 days, please contact us promptly to discuss a partial refund or alternative solution.

Potential Delays
Ongoing transport challenges, including delays related to COVID-19, may cause orders to arrive 2–3 working days later than expected.

Flowers are imported directly from Holland, and occasional transport delays at customs or in transit may impact availability and delivery schedules.
