Terms and Conditions for Flower Wholesale Subscription Service

Welcome to our Flower Wholesale Subscription Service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Subscription Pricing
- The price you subscribe at will remain fixed for a period of four (4) weeks from the date of your first order. After this period, pricing is subject to review and potential adjustment in line with our current pricing structure.

2. Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries will be made on the same day each week as chosen during the subscription sign-up process. This day is fixed and will be maintained for the duration of your subscription.

3. First Order Cut-Off Times
- Your first order must comply with our established cut-off times as detailed on our Shipping Information page. Please ensure you review these times to avoid any inconvenience.

4. Changes to Subscription
- If you wish to make any changes to your subscription, including changes to delivery address, delivery day, or the quantity of flowers, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing us with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before your next scheduled delivery. Cancellations made within this period will not be effective until the following week.

6. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees will be charged to your selected payment method on a weekly basis, in advance of each delivery. Please ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid any disruption to your service.

7. Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are subject to availability and prevailing weather conditions. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery date.

8. Customer Responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. We are not liable for any loss or damage to the flowers if no one is available to accept the delivery.

9. Quality Guarantee
- We take pride in the quality of our flowers. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

10. Amendments to Terms
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers via email and will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
