We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Below is a full breakdown of our updated shipping options, pricing, and delivery guidance.

Shipping Providers

We currently ship orders using DPD and Royal Mail. Our standard delivery window is Monday to Friday, unless Saturday delivery is specifically selected at checkout.


Domestic Shipping Options (UK Mainland)

Standard Delivery (Monday to Friday) – £7.99
Orders are dispatched on a next-day service the day before your requested delivery date. To receive your order within 2 working days, it must be placed and paid for before 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday. (See order deadline table below.)

AM Delivery (Before 12 PM) – DPD – £14.99
For delivery before noon via DPD.

AM Delivery (Before 1 PM) – Royal Mail – £14.99
For delivery before 1 PM via Royal Mail.


Saturday Delivery (DPD Only)

Saturday Delivery  – DPD – £19.99
If you require delivery on a Saturday, please select the Saturday delivery option at checkout. Orders must be placed before 8:00 AM on Thursday for Saturday delivery.

⚠️ Important: Selecting Saturday as your preferred delivery date does not automatically include Saturday delivery — you must also choose the DPD Saturday Delivery option at checkout.


Overseas Shipping

We use Royal Mail for deliveries to certain locations, including Northern Ireland and some international destinations. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country. Additional shipping charges may apply for overseas orders.

We dispatch orders in good time for next-day delivery via your chosen service, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers (e.g., due to traffic, weather, or operational issues).
